How To Use Pantone Color of 2024 in Your Wedding

Updated: Apr 2

Every year, Pantone releases its highly anticipated "Color of the Year." This color is chosen based on a variety of factors, including trends in fashion, design, and art, as well as social and cultural influences. For 2024, the Pantone Color of the Year is “Peach Fuzz”.

Peach Fuzz is the perfect accent color for a variety of wedding styles and color ways.  Because of its more muted tone, Peach Fuzz makes for a beautiful alternative to a true neutral, particularly in floral arrangements. One of the great things about this color is that it can be used throughout your wedding! Here are a few ideas to get you started:

Florals

Peach Fuzz is probably the easiest to incorporate into your florals. Pair it with brighter hues like pinks and yellows for a fun and vibrant design or with other pastels for the perfect springtime bouquet! We particularly love the way it pairs with greenery for a more neutral look.

Tablescape

Consider swapping white napkins for a pop of Peach Fuzz! Other ways to add interest to your tablescapes with the color of the year are to incorporate colored tablecloths, runners, or even tapered candles for a more subtle addition.

Stationery

When it comes to your stationery, consider adding Peach Fuzz colored envelope liners, ribbons, or wax seals. If your whole invitation suite is colorful, use the Pantone color to add some neutral tones without taking away too much color!

Wedding Cake

Whether you’re going for a traditional white cake or something more colorful, Peach Fuzz can add some real visual interest to your sweet treat! Add flowers, edible glitter, or even swatches of buttercream in this hue for a fun pop.
