Hi, I'm Sydney! I'm the owner and founder of Popped Event Planning. Together with my incredible team, we are making wedding dreams come to life.

As a hopeless romantic, I have always had an affinity for weddings and romantic events. Ask me about the time I went to the fish market in my grandmother's classic 1950's ball gown wedding dress (side note: I was 7).
Over the course of my career, I've planned everything from Auctions, to Carnivals, Weddings, Proposals, Kids Parties... and more. I started Popped Event Planning in 2018 with the mission to help couples create uniquely nontraditional celebrations.

Spanning 20 years, my career in hospitality and event planning has enabled me to visit 50+ countries (and counting!)

Hi, I’m Fabiola! I’m a Florida native, now a NYC transplant. I moved to the city to pursue a degree in psychology at NYU, and I’ve stuck around since! Though I love the Florida sun, the energy of the city is unbeatable.
I’d like to describe myself as “chill,” but my friends might tell you otherwise! In all honesty, I’m highly organized and obsessed with the little details that go into a great event! I’m an avid dinner party host and Pinterest aficionado. On any given day, you can find me putting together a niche theme for my next gathering!
When it comes to your event, my organization and attention to detail will help your special day go smoothly and keep you stress-free!

Greetings! My name is Bridgette and I have been an event planner for 14 years. I believe in celebrating all of life’s events. We only live once and it is important to make it count. I live in West Tampa with my two young children and my talkative parrot, Bungee.

In my free time, I love dancing, singing, and eating my way through Tampa. My friends know me as the person to turn to for entertainment recommendations AND when they’re in a pinch… I return phone calls, show up on time, and am extremely organized. If I commit to you, you know things will be done correctly.

Hi there, my name's Nicole. Originally from Atlanta, now putting roots down in St. Petersburg and loving it! I'm a natural encourager and lover of people, always eager to get to know someone new!
I love going on walks with an iced latte in hand -- even in the Florida "winter". In my free time, you can also find me at church or playing a board game at a local brewery with my fiancé and friends.
I've been dipping my toes into the event planning world over the past few years. I can't wait to support you on your special day as you step into the sweet gift of marriage!
