Hi, I'm Sydney! I'm the owner and founder of Popped Event Planning. Together with my incredible team, we are making wedding dreams come to life.

​

As a hopeless romantic, I have always had an affinity for weddings and romantic events. Ask me about the time I went to the fish market in my grandmother's classic 1950's ball gown wedding dress (side note: I was 7). 

 

Over the course of my career, I've planned everything from Auctions, to Carnivals, Weddings, Proposals, Kids Parties... and more. I started Popped Event Planning in 2018 with the mission to help couples create uniquely nontraditional celebrations.

 

We've got lots to celebrate, so let's get planning!

Hello! I'm Crystal, originally from the South, now living the Florida dream. I love the sunshine, the community, and the outdoor lifestyle. We live in Paradise!

 

Spanning 20 years, my career in hospitality and event planning has enabled me to visit 50+ countries (and counting!) 

 

From these experiences grew a passion for creating unforgettable weddings.

 

While taking cues from different cultures, the artful, the old, the new, the textured, and the organic, let's create together a memorable event that will reflect your unique love story.

Hey, I'm Zarna! An Orlando native (for those of you who are curious...yes, Mickey is a great neighbor!) that found her calling as an event planner in Miami. 

 

As a seasoned event professional, I have planned all types of events from social to corporate but I have to say weddings are my favorite! What can I say, I'm a sucker for love and the small details that make your event unique and memorable!

Hello, I'm Bonnie! I am thrilled to get to know you and cannot wait to celebrate your special day together! Self-proclaimed “event nerd” I have a nurturing personality, a passion for design, creativity and a keen eye for detail.

 

I’m originally from a small town outside of Pittsburgh, PA (not a steelers fan - but enjoy hockey! Go Lightning!) I started my career with a degree in Culinary Arts with a passion to learn more. My professional background spans over 15+ years, with a wealth of experience in the hotel, hospitality, corporate events, and wedding coordination. 

 

When I am not planning you can find me reading, trying a new recipe, or hanging out with my two teenage kids and French bulldog petunia!

Greetings! My name is Bridgette and I have been an event planner for 14 years. I believe in celebrating all of life’s events. We only live once and it is important to make it count. I live in West Tampa with my two young children and my talkative parrot, Bungee.

In my free time, I love dancing, singing, and eating my way through Tampa. My friends know me as the person to turn to for entertainment recommendations AND when they’re in a pinch… I return phone calls, show up on time, and am extremely organized. If I commit to you, you know things will be done correctly. 

 

Now, let’s eat, drink, and be merry!

Hello, my name is Adam.  I have been in the customer service industry for all of my working life.  I find people incredibly fascinating because we all have a story and I would be honored to be part of yours.

 

I live in the Tampa Bay Area with my wife, two children and a fat cat.  I enjoy my faith, running, theme parks and being outdoors.  

 

I cannot wait to hear what story you want to tell.
